What we build

Iron, wood, vinyl, chain link, pool barriers and RV gates. Every post is steel, every quote is fixed.
Decks and shade
Composite decks, steel pergolas, louvred roofs and ramadas. Built for afternoon shade and monsoon wind.

From June to September the sun is the enemy of your yard. Wood posts split, dark decking burns feet, cheap powder coat chalks white. We build for that, not for a photo taken in April.

How a job goes
Five steps from your first call to the walkthrough. Most fences are done within three weeks of a signed quote.

Send the form or call. We phone you back within one business day to talk through what you want and set a time to come out.
Step 2: Site measure
We measure the run, check grade and utilities, photograph the block wall or existing fence, and look up your HOA's rules before we price anything.
Step 3: Fixed quote, held 30 days
One written price with the material, height, finish and gate count spelled out. It doesn't change unless you change the scope.
Step 4: Paperwork
We fill in your HOA architectural form, call Arizona 811 for utility locates, and pull the city permit if the job needs one.
Step 5: Build and walkthrough
Most fences take one to two days on site, decks and shade structures three to six. We walk it with you before the final invoice.
