How a job goes
Step 1: Request a quote
Send the form or call. We phone you back within one business day to talk through what you want and set a time to come out.
Step 2: Site measure
We measure the run, check grade and utilities, photograph the block wall or existing fence, and look up your HOA's rules before we price anything.
Step 3: Fixed quote, held 30 days
One written price with the material, height, finish and gate count spelled out. It doesn't change unless you change the scope.
Step 4: Paperwork
We fill in your HOA architectural form, call Arizona 811 for utility locates, and pull the city permit if the job needs one.
Step 5: Build and walkthrough
Most fences take one to two days on site, decks and shade structures three to six. We walk it with you before the final invoice.
