Will my HOA approve it?: Almost always, if it's submitted properly. We fill in the architectural request form, include the drawing and colour, and follow up with the management company. If your HOA turns something down we'll re-spec it at no charge.
How soon can you start?: Fences are usually two to three weeks out from a signed quote; decks and shade structures four to six, longer if a permit or HOA approval is pending. We give you a start date in writing.
Is the quote really fixed?: Yes, for 30 days. The only thing that changes it is a change in scope — a longer run, another gate, a different material. Rock we hit underground is on us.
